We are so pleased to reopening Pinche Pinche – we’ve missed you! We also want to reassure you that we are doing all that we can to keep you safe when you visit Pinche Pinche.
For now we have taken the decision to offer takeaway only because the size of our premises makes it difficult to observe social distancing and run a viable business at the same time.
Online ordering and contactless payments
We would prefer you to use our online ordering and payment system. This will allow us to manage the volume of orders better, stagger collection times and avoid too many people waiting in the restaurant at any one time.
If you do want to pop down to order, we now have a QR code by the door which you can scan and it will take you straight through to our online menu.
If for any reason you need to pay for something at the restaurant, you will be able to make a contactless payment.
Hand sanitizer will be available for customers to use by the front door and outside the loos
There are signs on the premises to help with social distancing. The floor markings are intended to limit the number of customers in the restaurant at any one time.
Ventilation and touch points
The front door will remain open as much as possible to allow a flow of air throughout the premises and to reduce the number of touch points if you come to collect your order.
We will be cleaning and sanitising all areas regularly
We have installed a perspex screen at the bar
Low music volume
There will be music but it’ll be quieter than usual so we can all hear each other speak without having to raise our voices
If you have any questions or feedback on the measures we have taken, please get in touch with us.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
